Fabiana is compassionate and experienced counsellor with a strong commitment to supporting individuals through complex life challenges. Fabiana has had extensive experience in grief and loss counselling and is deeply passionate about working with both young people and older adults, recognising and respecting the unique needs present at different stages of life.
With over 20 years of experience working with students, Fabiana brings a well-established understanding of emotional wellbeing, resilience, and personal development. Fabiana also specialises in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) counselling, providing evidence-informed, non-judgmental support to individuals navigating substance-related concerns.
Fabiana’s practice is holistic and client-centred, drawing on Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Humanistic Therapy. Interventions are tailored to each client, with a focus on promoting insight, emotional regulation, and sustainable change.
At the core of Fabiana’s work is a lifelong passion for people and their lived experiences, alongside a commitment to ethical, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic practice. Fabiana works alongside clients at their own pace, supporting meaningful change and recognising that therapeutic connection remains a central mechanism for healing, even during life’s most challenging periods.
